Dosage Studied

There was no detectable parent diclazuril in the urine samples of dosed horses by HPLC or by routine postrace thin layer chromatography (TLC) The effects of the secondary challenge were more severe in the groups dosed with the two highest levels of DiclAZuril than in susceptible control lambs.
