Treatment

DL-ZAMI 1305-treatment resulted in the appearance of gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase foci and of other preneoplastic lesions in all animals. The treatment also induces liver DNA damage, as evaluated by alkaline sucrose gradient analysis.
