    A diverse library of 1-phenyl-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for their inhibitory potency against xanthine oxidoreductase (XOR) in vitro and vivo, and the structure-activity relationship (SAR) analyses were also presented.
