LOWER RESPIRATORY TRACT INFECTIONS: Besides high-risk subjects with non-microbiologically proven bronchial infection, where enterobacteriaceae could involve a pristinamycin is a useful alternative to the conventional strategy (i.e.: amoxicillin, macrolides and cotrimoxazole) in the treatment of LRT infection.
