urea and Brain Neoplasms

urea has been researched along with Brain Neoplasms in 106 studies

pseudourea: clinical use; structure
isourea : A carboximidic acid that is the imidic acid tautomer of urea, H2NC(=NH)OH, and its hydrocarbyl derivatives.

Brain Neoplasms: Neoplasms of the intracranial components of the central nervous system, including the cerebral hemispheres, basal ganglia, hypothalamus, thalamus, brain stem, and cerebellum. Brain neoplasms are subdivided into primary (originating from brain tissue) and secondary (i.e., metastatic) forms. Primary neoplasms are subdivided into benign and malignant forms. In general, brain tumors may also be classified by age of onset, histologic type, or presenting location in the brain.

"The purpose of this study was to clarify the clinical efficacy of landiolol, a selective beta(1)-blocker, in patients developing tachycardia during anesthesia."9.12Bolus administration of landiolol, a short-acting, selective beta1-blocker, to treat tachycardia during anesthesia: a dose-dependent study. ( Harasawa, R; Hayashi, Y; Iwasaki, M; Kamibayashi, T; Mashimo, T, 2006)
"Our data shown that t-AUCB inhibits cell proliferation, migration and invasion and induces cell cycle G1 phase arrest in vitro but induces no cell apoptosis; increased Hsp27 activation and following COX-2 overexpression confer resistance to t-AUCB treatment in glioblastoma both in vitro and in vivo; quercetin sensitizes glioblastoma to t-AUCB by dual inhibition of Hsp27 and COX-2 in vitro and in vivo."7.83Quercetin sensitizes glioblastoma to t-AUCB by dual inhibition of Hsp27 and COX-2 in vitro and in vivo. ( Fan, Y; Li, J; Li, L; Li, R; Tang, C, 2016)
