tele-methylhistamine has been researched along with Disorders of Excessive Somnolence in 2 studies
tele-methylhistamine: histamine methyltransferase antagonist
N(tele)-methylhistamine : A primary amino compound that is the N(tele)-methyl derivative of histamine.
Disorders of Excessive Somnolence: Disorders characterized by hypersomnolence during normal waking hours that may impair cognitive functioning. Subtypes include primary hypersomnia disorders (e.g., IDIOPATHIC HYPERSOMNOLENCE; NARCOLEPSY; and KLEINE-LEVIN SYNDROME) and secondary hypersomnia disorders where excessive somnolence can be attributed to a known cause (e.g., drug affect, MENTAL DISORDERS, and SLEEP APNEA SYNDROME). "CSF histamine and tele-methylhistamine did not significantly differ between patients with narcolepsy-cataplexy and other etiologies of non-hypocretin-1 deficient central hypersomnias; these measurements, therefore, are not useful in assessing the etiology or severity of centrally mediated hypersomnia." | 3.78 | Normal cerebrospinal fluid histamine and tele-methylhistamine levels in hypersomnia conditions.
