[Experimental study of cardiotoxic effect of the pesticide sulfocarbathione].
Cardiotoxic and atherogenic effects of sulfocarbathione++ administered perorally and by inhalation to sexually mature white rats were studied. Besides, cardiotoxic effect was studied on the embryos and offspring of the exposed dams. Unfavourable effects of the pesticide on the myocardium of sexually mature animals, embryos, offspring were detected, as well as biochemical disorders of atherogenic character.
