propafenone and Taste Disorder, Anterior Tongue
propafenone has been researched along with Taste Disorder, Anterior Tongue in 1 studies
Propafenone: An antiarrhythmia agent that is particularly effective in ventricular arrhythmias. It also has weak beta-blocking activity.
propafenone : An aromatic ketone that is 3-(propylamino)propane-1,2-diol in which the hydrogen of the primary hydroxy group is replaced by a 2-(3-phenylpropanoyl)phenyl group. It is a class 1C antiarrhythmic drug with local anesthetic effects, and is used as the hydrochloride salt in the management of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias.

"The objective of this randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial was to test the efficacy and safety of a new sustained-release preparation of the antiarrhythmic drug propafenone (propafenone SR) in reducing the frequency of symptomatic arrhythmia recurrences in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF)." | 9.10 | Efficacy and safety of sustained-release propafenone (propafenone SR) for patients with atrial fibrillation.
