procainamide and Ventricular Flutter

procainamide has been researched along with Ventricular Flutter in 4 studies

Procainamide: A class Ia antiarrhythmic drug that is structurally-related to PROCAINE.
procainamide : A benzamide that is 4-aminobenzamide substituted on the amide N by a 2-(diethylamino)ethyl group. It is a pharmaceutical antiarrhythmic agent used for the medical treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

Ventricular Flutter: A potentially lethal cardiac arrhythmia characterized by an extremely rapid, hemodynamically unstable ventricular tachycardia (150-300 beats/min) with a large oscillating sine-wave appearance. If untreated, ventricular flutter typically progresses to VENTRICULAR FIBRILLATION.
