    苦味受体(taste receptor type Ⅱ,TAS2R)主要分布于味蕾上的味觉Ⅱ型感受细胞并介导苦味的感知。早期人们对于TAS2R功能的认知仅限于感知苦味,近年来TAS2R在呼吸道、消化系统、心血管系统中的分布表达和生理功能逐渐引起关注。新近的研究发现,在鼻腔表达的TAS2R有调节鼻腔炎性因子的作用,且与慢性鼻窦炎、变应性鼻炎等疾病相关。本综述归纳总结了TAS2R在鼻腔的表达、分布情况,并将TAS2R在鼻腔的生理作用归纳为“矛”和“盾”2个方面,即通过主动调节天然免疫和增加受体表达量以防御病原体入侵、减轻鼻腔炎症,旨在为进一步的研究提供理论支持并为寻找鼻窦炎等疾病的治疗新靶点提供参考依据。.
