Ibrutinib-associated necrotic nasal lesion and pulmonary infiltrates.
Herein, we report a case of a 68-year-old woman receiving ibrutinib for chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, who presented with septic shock and a progressive necrotic lesion on her nose.
