A nano polymer conjugate for dual drugs sequential release and combined treatment of colon cancer and thrombotic complications.
Thrombotic complications turn into the second leading cause of death in colon cancer patients due to the hypercoagulable state caused by malignancy. Therefore, it is necessary to treat colon cancer and its thrombosis complications simultaneously. Herein, a nano polymer conjugate based on disulfide cross-linked low-generation peptide dendrimers was developed to treat colon cancer and its thrombotic complications.
