Midazolam: A short-acting hypnotic-sedative drug with anxiolytic and amnestic properties. It is used in dentistry, cardiac surgery, endoscopic procedures, as preanesthetic medication, and as an adjunct to local anesthesia. The short duration and cardiorespiratory stability makes it useful in poor-risk, elderly, and cardiac patients. It is water-soluble at pH less than 4 and lipid-soluble at physiological pH.
midazolam : An imidazobenzodiazepine that is 4H-imidazo[1,5-a][1,4]benzodiazepine which is substituted by a methyl, 2-fluorophenyl and chloro groups at positions 1, 6 and 8, respectively.

Proximal diminutive adenoma detection rate (ADR) in screening colonoscopy performed with the unusual air method, versus the water (exchange) method and with dye added to the water (exchange) method (NCT01607255)
Timeframe: 36 months
the number of participants with at least one adenoma in each of the study groups. (NCT01535326)
Timeframe: 9 to 12 months
The maximal pain score during insertion phase of colonoscopy was assessed with 0 to 10 scale VAS score (0: no pain; 10: maximal pain) (NCT01535326)
Timeframe: 9 to 12 months
satisfaction score obtained after colonoscopy 0 = no satisfied; 10 = most satisfied (NCT01535326)
Timeframe: 9 to 12 months
Pain rating scales using FLACC and VAS will be used to assess self reported pain before and after the procedure (NCT04541667)
Timeframe: This will be assessed before and after the procedure
Compare the peak end-tidal CO2 levels (>/= 60 mmHg) observed during endoscopy in children managed with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask airway using CO2 versus air (NCT04541667)
Timeframe: Measured from time of procedure start to time of procedure conclusion this lasts usually from 1-2.5 hours.
