[A Case of Advanced Gastric Cancer Presenting as Multiple Colonic Lymphoid Hyperplasia].
The Korean journal of gastroenterology = Taehan Sohwagi Hakhoe chi, 2015, Volume: 66, Issue:4

Gastric cancer frequently disseminates to the liver, lung, and bone via hematogeneous, lymphatic, or peritoneal routes. However, gastric adenocarcinoma that metastasize to the colon and that shows typical linea platisca pattern on colonofiberscopy has rarely been reported. Recently, the authors experience a case of advanced gastric cancer with colonic metastases in a 55-year-old female patient. Multiple colonic lymphoid hyperplasias were detected on colonofiberscopy and biopsy revealed metastatic gastric cancer to the colonic wall. She was treated with mFOLFOX (5-FU, oxaliplatin, leucovorin) and has achieved stable disease status without disease progression. Herein, we report a rare case of signet ring-cell gastric cancer which metastasized to the colon in the form of multiple colonic lymphoid hyperplasias.

Primary lacrimal sac non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in a child.
International journal of pediatric otorhinolaryngology, 2005, Volume: 69, Issue:11

Primary lacrimal sac lymphoma is extremely rare in children. To our knowledge, only two previous cases have been reported in the literature. Here, we report the case of a 9-year-old girl with primary lacrimal sac lymphoma who has recurrent mass.

[The carcinogenic activity of N-nitroso-N-ethylurea in kidney organ cultures of mice exposed transplacentally to cobalamin coenzymes and folinic acid].
    Biulleten' eksperimental'noi biologii i meditsiny, 1991, Volume: 111, Issue:3

Preneoplastic changes in organ cultures of mouse embryonic kidney (OCEK) under transplacental N-nitrosoethyl urea (ENU) did not increase under the influence of Ado-Cbl. The frequency of focal proliferation in OCEK under transplacental influence of Ado-C bl and ENU was 2.2 times less than the combination of carcinogen with MeCbl (32.2% and 71.9%, respectively, P less than 0.01). The number of DNA-synthesising epithelial cells in OCEK were less under transplacental influence of Ado-Cbl (8.6 +/- 1.4%) than in MeCbl or FA (19.4 +/- 1.8% and 16.2 +/- 1.3% respectively, P less than 0.01).
