Several studies have implicated HLA in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) subtype etiology. However, NHL patients indicated for stem cell transplants are underrepresented in these reports. We therefore evaluated the association between HLA and NHL subtypes among a transplant-indicated population.
