isoproterenol and Bilateral Wilms Tumor

isoproterenol has been researched along with Bilateral Wilms Tumor in 3 studies

Isoproterenol: Isopropyl analog of EPINEPHRINE; beta-sympathomimetic that acts on the heart, bronchi, skeletal muscle, alimentary tract, etc. It is used mainly as bronchodilator and heart stimulant.
isoprenaline : A secondary amino compound that is noradrenaline in which one of the hydrogens attached to the nitrogen is replaced by an isopropyl group. A sympathomimetic acting almost exclusively on beta-adrenergic receptors, it is used (mainly as the hydrochloride salt) as a bronghodilator and heart stimulant for the management of a variety of cardiac disorders.

"Human nephroblastoma cells in culture were treated long-term (1-12 days) with isoprenaline, dbcAMP or forskolin, alone or in combination with ANP; renin release and cell growth were studied."1.28Atrial natriuretic peptide suppresses isoprenaline and dibutyryl cyclic adenosine monophosphate-induced cell growth in cultured renin-secreting human nephroblastoma cells. Comparison with forskolin-induced renin secretion. ( Devlin, AM; Leckie, BJ, 1992)
