isoflurophate has been researched along with Persian Gulf Syndrome in 9 studies
Isoflurophate: A di-isopropyl-fluorophosphate which is an irreversible cholinesterase inhibitor used to investigate the NERVOUS SYSTEM.
Persian Gulf Syndrome: Unexplained symptoms reported by veterans of the Persian Gulf War with Iraq in 1991. The symptoms reported include fatigue, skin rash, muscle and joint pain, headaches, loss of memory, shortness of breath, gastrointestinal and respiratory symptoms, and extreme sensitivity to commonly occurring chemicals. " These experiments suggest that intraarterial perfusion of PB and/or DFP and topical application of DFP or DEET can alter the disposition of [14C]permethrin in skin and possibly its bioavailability in soldiers simultaneously exposed to these chemicals." | 1.31 | Pyridostigmine bromide modulates the dermal disposition of [14C]permethrin.
