[Correction of nonspecific damages in acute poisoning of substance from the group of opiate drug in patients in critical condition]. Voenno-meditsinskii zhurnal, 2011, Volume: 332, Issue:11 The obtained materials were received in the process of examination and treatment of 134 patients in the early phase of severe acute poisoning with the development of opiate toxicohypoxic encephalopathy using a corrector of tissue metabolism Cytoflavinum. Positive clinical results were achieved: reduction of length of stay of patients in a comatose state, reduction of incidence of pulmonary complications and mortality. The results of immunological studies have established immunomodulatory effects of cytoflavinum in patients with severe acute poisoning opiates. These biochemical studies have shown that the effects cytoflavinum realized largely due to its ability correct the effects of tissue hypoxia.
