indole and Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

indole has been researched along with Carcinoma, Hepatocellular in 2 studies

Carcinoma, Hepatocellular: A primary malignant neoplasm of epithelial liver cells. It ranges from a well-differentiated tumor with EPITHELIAL CELLS indistinguishable from normal HEPATOCYTES to a poorly differentiated neoplasm. The cells may be uniform or markedly pleomorphic, or form GIANT CELLS. Several classification schemes have been suggested.

" Subsequently, we screened their cytotoxicity via CCK-8 assay in HepG2 cells, a human hepatoma cell line and chose compound 4p that showed the lowest dosage of IC50 to study the antitumor activities to HCC."5.48Oral administration of indole substituted dipyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivative exhibits anti-tumor activity via inhibiting AKT and ERK1/2 on hepatocellular carcinoma.
