ibuprofen and Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

ibuprofen has been researched along with Carcinoma, Hepatocellular in 4 studies

Midol: combination of cinnamedrine, phenacetin, aspirin & caffeine

Carcinoma, Hepatocellular: A primary malignant neoplasm of epithelial liver cells. It ranges from a well-differentiated tumor with EPITHELIAL CELLS indistinguishable from normal HEPATOCYTES to a poorly differentiated neoplasm. The cells may be uniform or markedly pleomorphic, or form GIANT CELLS. Several classification schemes have been suggested.

" Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine if administration of ibuprofen (ibu) or indomethacin (indo), which inhibit PG synthesis, would affect the food intake and body weight of tumor-bearing rats."3.70Inhibitors of prostaglandin synthesis do not improve food intake or body weight of tumor-bearing rats.
