glyburide and Colitis, Microscopic

glyburide has been researched along with Colitis, Microscopic in 1 studies

Glyburide: An antidiabetic sulfonylurea derivative with actions like those of chlorpropamide
glyburide : An N-sulfonylurea that is acetohexamide in which the acetyl group is replaced by a 2-(5-chloro-2-methoxybenzamido)ethyl group.

Colitis, Microscopic: A condition characterized by chronic watery DIARRHEA of unknown origin, a normal COLONOSCOPY but abnormal histopathology on BIOPSY. This syndrome was first described in 1980 by Read and associates. Subtypes include COLLAGENOUS COLITIS and LYMPHOCYTIC COLITIS.
