Clinical efficacy of two topical corticosteroids in the management of chronic hand eczema. The study examined 30 patients with a clinical diagnosis of chronic hand eczema.. The treatment with topical corticosteroids resulted effective and topical corticosteroids proved their efficacy in mild and moderate hand eczema.. In according to the severity of the disease, authors suggest two different clinical strategies in the management of hand eczema.
