It is an antifungal drug used for the treatment of mucosal candidiasis and for systemic infections including systemic candidiasis, coccidioidomycosis, and cryptococcosis.

Fetal Death: Death of the developing young in utero. BIRTH of a dead FETUS is STILLBIRTH.
