enflurane and Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

enflurane has been researched along with Carcinoma, Hepatocellular in 1 studies

Enflurane: An extremely stable inhalation anesthetic that allows rapid adjustments of anesthesia depth with little change in pulse or respiratory rate.
enflurane : An ether in which the oxygen atom is connected to 2-chloro-1,1,2-trifluoroethyl and difluoromethyl groups.

Carcinoma, Hepatocellular: A primary malignant neoplasm of epithelial liver cells. It ranges from a well-differentiated tumor with EPITHELIAL CELLS indistinguishable from normal HEPATOCYTES to a poorly differentiated neoplasm. The cells may be uniform or markedly pleomorphic, or form GIANT CELLS. Several classification schemes have been suggested.

"In microsomes of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues, the activities of cytochrome P450-dependent monooxygenase isoenzymes 1A1, 2B1, and 2E1 were evaluated in vitro by reacting with the specific marker substrates benzo(a)pyrene, benzphetamine and aniline, respectively, in the generating incubation system."5.30Metabolic characteristics and enflurane defluorination of cytochrome P450-dependent monooxygenases in human hepatocellular carcinoma.
