diazoxide has been researched along with Bronchial Spasm in 3 studies
Diazoxide: A benzothiadiazine derivative that is a peripheral vasodilator used for hypertensive emergencies. It lacks diuretic effect, apparently because it lacks a sulfonamide group.
diazoxide : A benzothiadiazine that is the S,S-dioxide of 2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine which is substituted at position 3 by a methyl group and at position 7 by chlorine. A peripheral vasodilator, it increases the concentration of glucose in the plasma and inhibits the secretion of insulin by the beta- cells of the pancreas. It is used orally in the management of intractable hypoglycaemia and intravenously in the management of hypertensive emergencies.
Bronchial Spasm: Spasmodic contraction of the smooth muscle of the bronchi.

"The extracellular calcium antagonists, nifedipine and verapamil, the mixed extra/intracellular calcium antagonist diazoxide and the intracellular calcium antagonist TMB-8 were studied for their effects on histamine-induced bronchospasm in guinea pigs and on antigen-induced bronchospasms in guinea pigs and rats when administered directly to the tracheobronchial tree." | 7.67 | Effect of extra- and intracellular calcium blockers on histamine and antigen-induced bronchospasms in guinea pigs and rats.
