[Vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia and lichen sclerosus et atrophicus: clinical picture, morphology and treatment].
Treatment of the vulvar squamous cell hyperplasia and lichen sclerosus et atrophicus by topical using of corticosteroids and 2% testosterone ointment. The period of observation was from 6 months to 18 months. All patients showed clinical improvement or full regression depending on the period of disease. In all cases histopathologic examination was performed.
