benzoic acid and Postpartum Hemorrhage

benzoic acid has been researched along with Postpartum Hemorrhage in 1 studies

Benzoic Acid: A fungistatic compound that is widely used as a food preservative. It is conjugated to GLYCINE in the liver and excreted as hippuric acid.
benzoic acid : A compound comprising a benzene ring core carrying a carboxylic acid substituent.
aromatic carboxylic acid : Any carboxylic acid in which the carboxy group is directly bonded to an aromatic ring.

Postpartum Hemorrhage: Excess blood loss from uterine bleeding associated with OBSTETRIC LABOR or CHILDBIRTH. It is defined as blood loss greater than 500 ml or of the amount that adversely affects the maternal physiology, such as BLOOD PRESSURE and HEMATOCRIT.
