Molecular mechanism of atractylon in the invasion and migration of hepatic cancer cells based on high‑throughput sequencing.
The aim of the present study was to investigate the molecular mechanisms of atractylon in the inhibition of invasion and migration of hepatic cancer cells. High‑throughput sequencing was used to compare the expression of long non‑coding (lnc)RNAs between hepatic carcinoma and healthy controls. A competing endogenous RNA network was constructed.
