Living in poor socio-cultural and economic conditions, the patient tried to find help near tradipractionners, prayers groups, without any result. The treatment consisted to an extra oral incision, helping to eliminate bone sequestra, and the liquid around after a dynamic bimaxillary linkage by resin links was settled. About aetiology, only the questioning allowed to say that extraction was traumatic, putting in front of the surgical responsibility and post surgical survey.
