3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine and Sleep Wake Disorders

3,4-methylenedioxyamphetamine has been researched along with Sleep Wake Disorders in 3 studies

3,4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine: An amphetamine derivative that inhibits uptake of catecholamine neurotransmitters. It is a hallucinogen. It is less toxic than its methylated derivative but in sufficient doses may still destroy serotonergic neurons and has been used for that purpose experimentally.

Sleep Wake Disorders: Abnormal sleep-wake schedule or pattern associated with the CIRCADIAN RHYTHM which affect the length, timing, and/or rigidity of the sleep-wake cycle relative to the day-night cycle.
