2,4-dinitrophenol and Exanthema

2,4-dinitrophenol has been researched along with Exanthema in 2 studies

2,4-Dinitrophenol: A toxic dye, chemically related to trinitrophenol (picric acid), used in biochemical studies of oxidative processes where it uncouples oxidative phosphorylation. It is also used as a metabolic stimulant. (Stedman, 26th ed)
dinitrophenol : Members of the class of nitrophenol carrying two nitro substituents.
2,4-dinitrophenol : A dinitrophenol having the nitro groups at the 2- and 4-positions.

Exanthema: Diseases in which skin eruptions or rashes are a prominent manifestation. Classically, six such diseases were described with similar rashes; they were numbered in the order in which they were reported. Only the fourth (Duke's disease), fifth (ERYTHEMA INFECTIOSUM), and sixth (EXANTHEMA SUBITUM) numeric designations survive as occasional synonyms in current terminology.
