1,5-dihydroxyisoquinoline and Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1

1,5-dihydroxyisoquinoline has been researched along with Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1 in 1 studies

1,5-dihydroxyisoquinoline: structure in first source
isoquinoline-1,5-diol : An isoquinolinol that is isoquinoline in which the hydrogens at positions 1 and 5 are replaced by hydroxy groups.

Diabetes Mellitus, Type 1: A subtype of DIABETES MELLITUS that is characterized by INSULIN deficiency. It is manifested by the sudden onset of severe HYPERGLYCEMIA, rapid progression to DIABETIC KETOACIDOSIS, and DEATH unless treated with insulin. The disease may occur at any age, but is most common in childhood or adolescence.
