[The effect of the composition of hydrophilic base on pharmaceutical availability of prednisolone].
Studies on the effect of hydrophilic gel composition on pharmaceutical availability of prednisolone revealed that the half-release times were differentiated depening on the substances added 4% of methylcellulose hydrogel, propylene glycol-1,2 and N,N-dimethylacetamide. Hydrogels containing 15% of N,N-dimethylacetamide and 20% propylene glycol-1,2 as well 0.25% or 0.5% of active substance characterized by the largest pharmaceutical availability, for this gels was found shortened time of prednisolone the half-release.
