A method to increase the concentration and purity of (68)Ga obtained from a commercial (68)Ge/(68)Ga generator has been developed. The (68)Ga eluate (1M HCl) is extracted in methyl ethyl ketone, which is evaporated and taken in a small volume of buffer.
