Antiplasmodial triterpenoids from the fruits of neem, Azadirachta indica. In vitro antiplasmodial tests evidenced a significant activity of the known gedunin and azadirone and the new neemfruitin A and provided useful information about the structure-antimalarial activity relationships in the limonoid class.
