Antiplasmodial compounds from the wood-decayed fungus Xylaria sp. BCC 1067. Planta medica, 2000, Volume: 66, Issue:5 Bioassay-guided fractionation of the extract from the wood-decayed fungus Xylaria sp. BCC 1067 led to the isolation of five antiplasmodial compounds, (-)-depudecin, (+)-phaseolinone, (+)-phomenone, 19,20-epoxycytochalasin Q, and (E)-methyl 3-(4-methoxyphenoxy)propenoate.
