Comparative ecotoxicity of insecticides with different modes of action to Osmia excavata (Hymenoptera: Megachilidae).
Ecotoxicology and environmental safety, 2021, Apr-01, Volume: 212

Osmia excavata is an important pollinator in commercial fruit orchards. Little information has been published about ecotoxicity to O. excavata, especially the larvae. To clarify the risk of commonly used insecticides with different modes of action to the larvae of O. excavata, six insecticides (clothianidin, acetamiprid, sulfoxaflor, lambda-cyhalothrin, chlorfenapyr and abamectin) were selected for evaluation of their acute lethal toxicity and sublethal effects. Clothianidin and abamectin were the two most toxic insecticides to the larvae of O. excavata with LD

Dissipation behavior and dietary risk assessment of lambda-cyhalothrin, thiamethoxam and its metabolite clothianidin in apple after open field application.
Regulatory toxicology and pharmacology : RTP, 2019, Volume: 101

The dissipation dynamics and residue amounts of lambda-cyhalothrin, thiamethoxam and clothianidin in apple were investigated by using rapid resolution liquid chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (RRLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The developed method performed satisfactory recoveries of 88%-105% and the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.01 mg kg
